Return Policy

New and unused standard products (ie; parts, accessories, etc.) in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date for refund to the original payment method minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. Custom products (ie; fully assembled shocks, etc.) are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for shipping, nor any fees associated with shipping. We cannot accept any products for return after 15 days from the original purchase date.

How To Submit A Return:

1. Contact VRP Shocks to setup a return. You can reach us by e-mail at returns@vrpshocks.com.

2. After we issue a return number, please return the merchandise within 5 business days.

3. Clearly mark on the outside of the box the return number you were issued.

4. Return to: VRP Shocks 1703 Mt. Laurel Rd. Temple, Pa. 19560

Please allow 5 business days for inspection of your returned product. If we find no signs of use or damage and product is in original packaging you will be refunded full purchase price minus shipping charges and 30% restocking fee to your original payment method. We will contact you if we feel the product has been used (even for mock up purposes) or damaged you will be subject to charges applicable to replacement of any part of the product that is affected.
